No Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final

Once a purchase is made and access to EvoPhonics paid content is granted, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances, except in the limited exceptional cases described in this policy.

EvoPhonics provides a fully functional free foundation tier that includes introductory lessons — at absolutely no cost, with no credit card required. We strongly encourage every family to fully explore our free tier and ensure EvoPhonics is right for your child before making any purchase. This eliminates the need for refund requests in the vast majority of cases.

1. Why We Have a No Refund Policy

EvoPhonics is a digital educational service. Unlike a physical product, our content — structured lessons, audio recordings, curriculum materials, exercises, and assessments — is delivered digitally and becomes accessible immediately upon purchase. Because digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed, and because the core value of the service is transmitted instantly, a refund policy based on returns is not practically applicable.

The key reasons for our strict no-refund stance are:

  • Instant Digital Delivery: Full access to the 83-day Main Course is unlocked immediately upon successful payment. The service has already been rendered.
  • Free Demo Available: Every user has the opportunity to experience EvoPhonics through our free foundation lessons before spending a single rupee. We want you to be confident in your purchase.
  • Curriculum Integrity: Our content is proprietary, carefully developed, and cannot be "un-accessed" once a user has been given entry to the platform.
  • Prevention of Abuse: A refund policy in digital education is frequently exploited by users who consume the content and then request a refund. Our no-refund stance protects the integrity and sustainability of EvoPhonics for all learners.

We want you to know exactly what you are paying for. Upon successful purchase of the EvoPhonics Main Course, you receive:

3. What the No Refund Policy Covers

Our no-refund policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following situations:

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While our policy is strictly no refunds, we acknowledge that genuine technical errors can occur. We will review and, at our sole discretion, consider remedies in the following situations only:

  • Duplicate Payment: If your payment gateway charged you more than once for the same purchase due to a system error, and you have not received double access or benefit, you are entitled to a refund of the duplicate charge. Please provide payment gateway transaction IDs for both charges.
  • Non-Delivery: If your payment was successfully deducted but you were not granted access to the paid content within 48 hours and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, a full refund will be processed.
⚠️ For exception claims, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be considered. All claims are subject to verification and are decided entirely at EvoPhonics' discretion.

We are not responsible for issues caused by the user's own internet connectivity, device compatibility, or failure to verify system requirements before purchase. Please ensure your device supports modern web browsers before purchasing.

5. Cancellation Policy

EvoPhonics currently offers a one-time payment structure for course access (not a recurring auto-subscription). As such:

  • There is no recurring billing or automatic renewal to cancel.
  • Your access runs for the period covered by your purchase.
  • You may close or delete your account at any time by contacting contact@evophonics.com. Account deletion does not entitle you to any refund of amounts already paid.
  • If and when subscription-based plans are introduced, cancellation terms for those plans will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and listed in an updated version of this policy.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We take fraudulent chargeback requests very seriously. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting EvoPhonics and giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account and revoke all access to paid content.
  • Contest the chargeback with your payment provider by providing evidence of service delivery, Terms acceptance, and access logs.
  • Pursue the matter through legal channels if the chargeback is deemed fraudulent under applicable Indian law.

We encourage every user to contact us first — we are a small, dedicated team and we will make every reasonable effort to address legitimate concerns without the need for a formal dispute.
